2000 June |
Alexander, Nat Higginsbottom, Ruth, Trevor and I went on a family holiday in Elba. We all started in a cheap bunk house hotel, where they had a diving centre. Alexander and I quickly moved along the beach to another, much nicer, one. Most of the photos are taken in that hotel. We did a bit more diving. Nat was terribly brave. He had never done diving before but, after verbal instruction from me, pretended that he had for the benefit of the dive leader. He made it! We also tried our hands at sailing and hire a speedboat. |

Ruth Trevor and I went on holiday to Florida Keys. Ruth and Trevor learnt to dive. There are lots of pictures of alligators. We weren't diving with them. Also features David Hibbert in Swindon. |

Alexander and I went to Rome. We did the tourist things and paid a couple of visits to my aunt Magdalesa. We didn't photograph her. |

We went bunjee jumping, near where the London Eye is now, for Trevor's 14th birthday treat. Ruth came and so did their cousin Alice and some of their friends. |

Trevor, Ruth and I went skiing with the Muldoons in Courchevelle. Matt is the only Muldoon that is pictured. I tried snow boarding the whole week. I was exhausted. |
