1995 June |
David and I had the holiday from hell in Mykonos. Our relationship was breaking up. It was a final effort to save it. That never works. There were lots of tears. |

April |
My 40th birthday party was a good one. We decorated the flat severely. Sadly the photos are a bit crap and the only people I recognize are Alice, David and Simon. |

January |
We were skiing in Meribel. Mum, Dad, Simon, Harry, Ruth and trevor are pictured. We had a foi gras lunch at Bistro La Praz. At the end of it Tom wanted just one more glass of wine. The proprietor said he did not do glasses of wine, only bottles. A friendly argument ensued. Eventually the prop got out quite a large glass, opened a bottle and poured the whole bottle into it. Honour was satisfied on all sides and Tom drank it. The event is pictured here. Trevor was obviously quite amused. |

July |
I went on a hang gliding holiday with Alice in Piedrehita, Spain. We drove to Plymouth, took a 24 hour ferry to Santander and then drove across Spain to Piedrehita. One of my longest flights was 30km. Alice was my brilliant recovery driver. We also went horse riding, met two nice English guys and terrorised the ferry and Spain with super soaker water pistols. |

1991 July |
Hang gliding in Swindon, launching from a winch. Also pictured, my last girl friend Nancy and Trevor. |

June |
Simon Watson, Ruth , Trevor and I went on a cycling holiday in Normandy. We saw quite a few memorials and remnants of WWII. It was fun. |

Casewise moved into a new office in Swindon. Enough space for 8 employees! (We only go to about 3, there). Casewise also attended its first trade show. Chris, Andy, David and I are pictured there. That would be more than half the employees. Ruth and Trevor are also pictured in the new office. |

1989 May |
I went to Ager with a group of English. These are mostly pictures of the ground from a great height or hang gliders. I made one good friend, Brendan on the trip. One blurry shot is of my altimeter, it reads 2300 or 2100 meters. The valley floor was about 500m high and the take off point about 1000m. The map (linked) shows the ridge where the take off point was, to the North of Ager. We sometimes flew North West from there over very inhospitable territory to Guardia de Tremp. |

April |
Mum, Dad, Trevor, Jackie, Kate, Tom, Simon, Harry, David, Camilla, David, Ruth and Trevor feature. |

1977 June |
In Summer 1977 I was lucky enought to get work diving in the North Sea during my Summer university holiday. My job was to help launch the yellow submarine. They also let me drive it once. 400 feet below the surface, I crashed it into a mud bank and it nearly got stuck. It was all very interesting and a great boost for my student income. |
