Went to visit Michael and his new friend Alberto. We went to a fabulous restaurant for Michael's birthday and it was not too expensive. Sadly, most of the time, Alberto was ill with mouth infection. Michael spent a lot of time going back and forth to hospital. It was worse for Alberto. |

Went to visit Tom and his family near Taunton in Somerst. We walked on the Quantocks and saw wild Quantock ponies. There is also a photo of my grandfather Arthur Gibbs. He founded HMV, the record company, and was a keen car driver. He's is the one in the car-driving kit of those days. |

On the way home we had a stopover in Athens and we made it to lunch at the base of the Acropolis. There was no time to go up it. |

Alexander and I went to Mykonos. Also featured: Semeli hotel, Martin Friedrich, his boyfriend Timos. |

Ruth and about 14 friends came to Berlin to celebrate her birthday. It was chaotic, hard work but so much fun that Ruth dudn't even make it to her party on the Saturday night. Features Ruth, Trevor, Nat, Dillon, Nathan, Harry, Kieran, Sebastian, Guiseppe. |

Alexander and I went for a long weekend in Brussels. We took one of the last flights out of Templehof airport. | |

Bando had a party. These usually go on about 3 days. I don't know how he manages. Also features Marco, Lutz, Ella. |

Wannsee again with Gavin, Alex, Alexander, Marco, Basti, Thomas and Rudi. We met Thomas and Rudi on the beach. Gavin nearly injured Thomas when his umbrella blew away. |

Including lunch in Tiergarten, a visit to the new gay memorial near Brandenberg gate, a crazy psycho game that Alex made us play and our last dinner together and the bicycle ride there. Features Alex, Gavin, Alexander, Marco, Basti. |

Alex and Gavin visit for a week. We start with Berlin CSD, go on to Roses and Berghain much later. Features Gavin, Alex, Alexander, Bernd (Dieter's ex) and David (Micha's ex). I was very proud of my new pink pants, which Dieter had given me. |

Alexander and I paid our first visit to Wannsee. We met David, a friend of Dieter's, there and Marco joined us later. We went to the FKK (Frei Korper Kultur) of the beach. Germans are big on nudity. |
